Thank you for a very interesting post. I am trying to learn more about different natural remedies for immunity support and overall health. For now mullein is my favorite – it helps so much with the cough and other respiratory issues, even asthma and pneumonia. I take it as tea and as mullein leaf supplements, and on my opinion drops are more effective.
I also love it. I make a tincture with mine and put it in my drinks
