Herbs for Migraine Headache

Migraine oil recipe:

1 drop Rosemary essential oil

2 drops peppermint essential oil

1 drop Lavender essential oil

1 ounce carrier oil (almond oil, fractionated coconut oil, olive oil)

To use:

Massage a small amount around temples, base of skull and along hairline. You can also massage a small amount onto the back of the neck.
